No dialogue; music and sound design. A dark screen fills with overlapping emails, chat messages and files named FINAL_v7, while notes ask “Where’s the brief?” and “still waiting on Marcus”. It clears into Handoff: a client workspace for Lumen Coffee Co. with a 40% progress ring, milestones from Kickoff to Brand guidelines, shared files and an approval waiting. It ends: “Less chasing. More creating.” Handoff. Try Handoff free.

Voice-over: You run a studio. Here’s how onboarding should feel. Start with one workspace per client. Name it, pick a template, invite them. Every form, file and milestone now lives behind a single link. Your client opens it under your brand, not ours. A short checklist tells them exactly what happens next. Logos, fonts, photos. They drop them in once, and it’s ticked off. No more digging through old threads for the brand guide. Two weeks in, the concepts are ready. Share the milestone in one click. Your client is notified. You keep designing. They review the work in context, leave a note right on the design, and approve. One click. Logged, time stamped, done. Your dashboard updates itself. Progress moves, the next milestone opens. Not one chaser sent. Handoff. Less chasing. More creating.

No dialogue; music and sound design. A logo concept, Concept 2 “Steam”, waits for the client’s approval. The cursor clicks Approve, an Approved stamp lands, and the project timeline below updates. It ends: “Feedback in one place. Projects moving forward.” Handoff.

NotePilot

An AI meeting assistant that turns conversations into decisions, owners and tasks.

Read the film

No dialogue; music and sound design. A call ends: “Meeting ended, 58 min”. NotePilot listens to the transcript, then assigns: decisions such as “Launch on November 14” and “$40k paid social budget approved”, and action items with owners: prepare the launch plan (Alex), brief the agency (Priya), update the pricing page (Sam). It ends: “Meetings end. Progress begins.” NotePilot. Turn every meeting into momentum.

No dialogue; music and sound design, with on-screen step titles. Connect your calendar: Google Calendar connects and upcoming meetings switch on. Open a completed meeting. Read the summary: a 42-minute meeting becomes a 30-second read, “Launch locked for Nov 14”. Check decisions and action items: every item links back to the moment it was said. Share with the team: the recap goes to Slack, the project board and attendees by email. It ends: “Set up in two minutes. Never chase a follow-up again.” NotePilot.

No dialogue; music and sound design. In a meeting transcript, the line “Alex will prepare the launch plan by Friday” is highlighted and detected as an action item. It becomes a task card, assigned to Alex and due Friday 7 November, and drops into the To do column of the launch project board. It ends: “From conversation to action. Automatically.” NotePilot.
